Default Dunkle's NFL Wildcard Saturday

Chiefs/Titans Under 44.5
The Titans have made the playoffs out of sheer luck of scheduling and actually don't do much at all well.

Mariotta did not have a good year by any means, and his QBR is actually 17 points lower on the road vs home. He also sports an unimpressive 5 TD to 11 INT ratio while averaging about 200 yards per game. As a team, the Titans average only 3.5 yards per carry on the road which is close to the bottom in the NFL. Coupling Mariotta not throwing well on the road and the Titans not running well on the road could spell disaster offensively for the Titans here. No Murray also, so Henry will should the load as an inexperienced NFL #1 back.

On the other side KC has had a tremendous start going 5-0, an abysmal middle dropping 6 of 7, but then finished strong with 4 straight wins to end the year. Kareem Hunt has rushed for 90 in three straight games while getting at-least 24 carries in each game he's played
(I don't count the one 35 yard carry TD performance in Denver in a meaningless game). KC has been leaning on their rookie since the OC was given full control of the playbook from Andy Reid and expect that to be no different here. The thing worth noting here is that the Titans are very good vs the run (4th in the league actually). As crazy as it sounds, KC's offense has been much better at away then at home averaging a full yard more per attempt on the ground and Alex Smith averages nearly 50 more yards per game away then at home.

Putting all of this together I project this as a game of field position with KC leaning on the run for most of the game and Tennessee struggling to move the ball effectively. This is why the under is a strong lean for me.

In the later game, give me the Falcons +6

Rams are getting plenty of hype coming into this postseason, but looking at their season's games really has me questioning how good they really are. They played in arguably the worst conference in the NFC especially with how poor Seattle looked down the stretch. Next year, big things can be expected out of the NFC West, but this years the teams other than the Rams were filled with injuries. The Rams also had the pleasure of getting to play the weak AFC South in which they went 4-0 easily, but let's take a step back and look at their record against post season teams. Won at Jacksonville, Lost at Minnesota, Won at home vs New Orleans, Loss at home vs Philly. This equates to 2-2 against teams in the post season.

The Falcons on the other side played in arguably the best conference in the NFC with 3 out of the 4 teams winning 10 or more game and all making the playoffs. I must mention since i did so with the Rams that the Falcons are a poor 2-5 against teams in the post-season but were competitive in all their losses except at New England. We cannot forget here that the Falcons are getting a generous 6 points. The Rams play in a dome, so there is no concern of playing conditions with the Falcons home field also being a dome.

You will hear the stat plenty of times if you haven't already regarding last year's wildcard round having the favorites go 4-0 straight up and ATS. The people that claim this to justify betting favorites again for this year's wildcard weekend are simply naive.

Believe it or not the Falcons average more yards per game as a team offensively than the Rams. The Rams with MVP candidate Todd Gurley only average a paltry 3 yards more per game on the ground more than the Falcons. If you're thinking, well then the Rams must be better on defense, you can guess again. The Falcons gives up only 318 ypg compared to 339 for LA

Based on strength of schedule as per teamrankings.com, Atlanta posted these numbers with the 4th toughest schedule in football. The LA Rams had the 11th.

Add in the fact that Atlanta has an experienced QB back there (poor postseason play or not) compared to the Rams 2nd year signal caller and rookie head coach leans another advantage in favor of the Falcons.

Give me the Falcons + the 2 field goals.

Good luck tomorrow everyone.

You posted this and now Atlanta is +5.5, May be bouncing around.. Or you may have scared them lol 😂

Hope you cash your tickets..

If I was a college football coach and moving schools, I would debate sabotaging the game so I did not get the Gatoraid tipped all over me.. Wonder if that thought crosses NFL coaches minds lol..

Oh about Kansas City I would not trust them to fill my gas tank..They are such an up and down team..

As much as i respect Matt Ryan i cant pull the trigger on that team...too many let-downs.
As for the Rams...if they pull off the wins, and especially cover, they get mass respect.

Good luck today!

GREAT JOB DOUBLE J

but be humble..........gambling gods hate the words

was there ever a doubt.

last thing

all the questions you ask me about our podcasts
and how often we want to do it

ask the forum guys............what they would listen to
and the type of content

after all...............its about getting them to listen

FACTS ANALOGY COMING UP

kinda like putting on straight porn with a room full of fags
not really what they want to see but they might tune in once or twice
to get a possible mushroom shot.

now we play the straight porn (gunner thats where dudes actually fuck chicks
if your keeping score at home?

my point is

me and u on the radio = straight porn

but we kind of straight porn

big titty broads
degrading sluts
facials
doggie

u get my point..............these are topics some people favor over others

like we would have a discussion on

line moves
dfs
power ratings
value betting

BOTTOM LINE GET THE PULSE OF THE PEOPLE IN HERE
START A THREAD............ON WHAT CONTENT THEY WOULD ENJOY
